Three Dead in Texas Party Rental Shooting

Three people have died and one has been left injured following a shooting at a party in a $500,000 short-term rental house in Texas, officials have said.

Details of the Incident

Dallas Police Department said commanders were en route to the homicide on the 3700 block of Vilbig Road in the west of the city early Tuesday morning. Officers responded just before 12:30 a.m. and found several people with gunshot wounds.

Police said a house party had been raging at the property, and guests upstairs began shooting downstairs at people entering the house, according to ABC 8. Fox 4 reported that the people entering the home were 'uninvited' and their appearance sparked a shootout.
