Comstock faces two misdemeanor charges: stalking and criminal tampering. The tampering charge involves interfering with another person's property, causing them inconvenience. Authorities have not released further details, and Comstock is currently being held without bail.

Comstock has been a prominent figure on Street Outlaws since its premiere in 2013, known for his personality and consistent top performances in drag racing. The show, which aired for 14 seasons through 2019, focuses on illegal street racing in the United States and has spawned several spin-offs, including No Prep Kings, Endgame, and Locals Only.
Outside of television, Comstock is a professional drag racer and an icon in Oklahoma's racing scene. He began racing at age 16 in his parents' 1978 Chevy Impala and later graduated from the Coopers Auto Tech program in 1991. He owns Comstock Auto Service in Edmond, Oklahoma, where he also works as a technician.
Comstock has been married to his wife Cassie since 2013, and the couple has three children together. Since the show ended, he has continued documenting his racing on social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube, and operates an online merchandise store selling shirts, socks, posters, hats, and stickers.
