Shocking body camera footage has emerged showing Florida deputies and bystanders rushing to rescue a quadriplegic man after he fell into the water while still strapped to his wheelchair. The incident occurred on Sunday morning when a 30-year-old man was on a ramp connecting his boat to a dock at Mariner Cay, and the structure collapsed.

Terrifying video captured the moment the man, securely fastened to his 230-pound wheelchair, was left dangling as two quick-thinking bystanders immediately rushed to help.
