According to Metropolitan Police, the incident occurred around 2:30 PM near St. James's Park. Multiple 999 calls described a violent struggle as the victim, believed to be in his 30s, was bundled into a silver Mercedes by two masked assailants.

"It was like something from a film," said one shaken bystander. "They came out of nowhere, grabbed him, and threw him in the boot. He was kicking and screaming the whole time."
