
A 22-year-old man has been remanded into custody after appearing in court charged with the murder of a beloved grandfather in Shropshire.
Tobias Marcus Nuttall stood before Telford Magistrates' Court on Monday, 16th September, accused of killing 67-year-old Brian Darby. The alleged incident took place in the Hadley area of Telford.
Nuttall, of Urban Gardens in Hadley, spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth, and address during the brief hearing. He was not required to enter a plea.
