Emergency workers completed their search through the rubble of the nine-story corner block after more than a day, Zelenskyy announced on X. The cruise missile struck the building amid what the Ukrainian air force described as Russia's largest barrage since the full-scale invasion began.

The assault primarily targeted Kyiv, where 48 people were wounded, according to Zelenskyy. The attack underscores the ongoing threat to civilian infrastructure despite international condemnation.
Residents described scenes of chaos as the missile hit in the early hours, collapsing multiple floors and trapping dozens under debris. Survivors were pulled from the wreckage throughout Thursday and Friday.
