In a stunning legal reversal, Barry Morphew has walked free from a Colorado jail after prosecutors made the dramatic decision to drop all murder charges against him in connection with the disappearance of his wife, Suzanne.

The Chaffee County District Attorney's office filed a motion to dismiss the case without prejudice, meaning charges could theoretically be refiled in the future if new evidence emerges.
