A mother has endured the unimaginable horror of listening to her children's dying screams during a desperate 999 call, as a deliberately set fire engulfed their family home.
The devastating arson attack in Greater Manchester claimed the lives of four young siblings: Demi Pearson, 15, her brother Brandon, 8, and sisters Lacie, 7, and Lia, 3. Their mother, who managed to escape the blaze, made a frantic call for help as the fire raged, tragically remaining on the line as her children perished inside.
The horrific incident occurred on the night of December 11th, 2017, on Jackson Street in Walkden. Firefighters battled the inferno, but the intensity of the flames prevented them from reaching the children in time.
A Grieving Family's Quest for Justice
Three individuals—Zak Bolland, David Worrall, and a woman—were subsequently convicted for their roles in the murderous attack. Bolland, identified as the ringleader who poured petrol through the letterbox, was handed a minimum 40-year sentence.
