Tishawn Maile, 35, was arrested on Friday in the Bronx, New York City, for an incident on May 25 where he allegedly broke into an eight-year-old girl's bedroom and placed his penis on her foot. The girl was asleep with her two siblings, aged 11 and 6, at around 5am when Maile entered through the window, according to police and a criminal complaint. He exposed himself and touched her foot before fleeing through the same window. The children were not physically injured.
Charges and Legal Proceedings
Prosecutors charged Maile with sexually motivated burglary, burglary, sexual abuse, criminal trespass, endangering the welfare of a child, and sexual abuse. He pleaded not guilty on Sunday and was held on $50,000 bail or $150,000 bond, a spokesperson for the Bronx District Attorney's Office said.

In a separate incident, Mackenzie Naught, 25, a former first-grade teacher in Washington state, pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor. She admitted to having sex with a 16-year-old boy in a truck on May 3 while her husband slept. The encounter occurred after the teen picked her up at 2:15am and drove to a rural spot. The boy reported the relationship to Naught's husband via Snapchat, leading to her arrest on May 10. She was fired from St John School District and faces up to 12 months in county jail, with sentencing scheduled for August.
