Madrí Excepcional co-founder Carlos Garcia, known as the Madri Man, is taking a summer break and offering one lucky fan the chance to step into his shoes in what is being billed as Britain's first-ever professional Sab-beer-tical.
The prize package is worth over £5,000 and includes an all-expenses-paid trip to Madrid, a year's supply of Madrí Excepcional and Madrí Excepcional 0.0%, plus the chance to complete a WSET Level 1 in beer qualification and professional pouring training.

The opportunity comes as new research reveals that 65% of Brits are considering a career break to pursue the perfect job, with 53% prepared to quit full-time roles in pursuit of shorter-term positions or side hustles. According to the survey by Madrí Excepcional, 58% would happily forgo a pay rise for the chance to spend four weeks doing their dream summer job.
A backdrop of rising living costs (51%), economic uncertainty (32%), and soaring temperatures (21%) are prompting many people to think about what they really want from their working lives.
