Kelvin and Liz Fletcher's luxury holiday cottage, Stag Cottage, is booking up fast, but availability remains for summer, autumn and winter 2027. The renovated barn conversion, located just outside Liverpool, has proved highly popular since the couple's ITV series Fletchers' Family Farm aired in 2023.
The cottage sits on private farmland near the rural village of Wincle in Cheshire, close to Macclesfield and over an hour's drive from Liverpool. It can sleep up to six guests across three king-size bedrooms, and features a rear garden, a private hot tub and a woodburning stove.
A Popular Holiday Let
Since the show aired, demand for Stag Cottage has grown considerably. Liz Fletcher previously said the success had "gone above and beyond our expectations," telling viewers: "Since we put the cottage up for rent as a holiday let, it has just gone crazy. We put it online for about two days, and the year literally sold out."
Speaking to the Liverpool ECHO at the National Television Awards last month, Kelvin said he enjoys welcoming people from Merseyside to the property. He told the ECHO: "We get Liverpool [people] visiting us very often with our holiday cottage and some of our events. We get a lot of people from Merseyside over which is always good, so Merseyside has got a nice place in our hearts."
Guest Reviews and Local Attractions
The property has earned a "perfect score" award, with little availability for the rest of this year. Guests have left glowing reviews, with one visitor commenting on the "beautiful scenery" and the cottage being "renovated to the highest standard," while another praised it as "spotlessly clean" and "very quiet." A third guest described being "blown away by the beautiful decor, cleanliness, and spacious layout." At the time of writing, there are no negative reviews for Stag Cottage online.
For days out, guests can head east into the Peak District National Park, where attractions include Bamford Mill, Peveril Castle and Speedwell Cavern. Those wishing to book can find dates available in summer, autumn and winter for 2027.
