Visit Finland is offering single food lovers a chance to win an all-expenses-paid trip to the Nordic country for a unique blind date experience. The campaign, called the Finnish Dinner Date, will see 16 singles travel to Finland in February 2027 for a four-day trip filled with dining and activities.
How to enter the Finnish Dinner Date
Singles are asked to share a clip on social media explaining what they would serve on a dinner date and why, as well as complete an application form. Successful applicants will be contacted on December 1, giving them time to plan for the culinary adventure.
Visit Finland is looking for people who are single or free to date and open to meeting new people. The team will not verify relationship status but trusts applicants to be truthful.
Two regions to explore
The trip will feature two specially crafted tasting menus from different areas of Finland. Eight winners will head to Helsinki and eight to Tampere in the Lakeland region, with two local Finnish singles joining each dinner date.
The menus were created with the help of renowned Finnish chefs, based on dishes chosen by locals earlier this year. Two menus were already served to travellers in September, leaving Helsinki and Lakeland to be explored.
What winners receive
Winners will receive an all-expenses-paid four-day trip, including travel, food and accommodation. The destination will be revealed on confirmation. The trip includes a hosted itinerary of activities and dining, culminating in a group dinner date.
The four-day experiences will take place between February 9th and 19th, 2027. Applications must be submitted by 11:59am Finnish time (9.59am GMT) on November 10, 2026. Late applications will not be considered. More information is available on the Visit Finland website.
