Eusebi Deli Launches Summer Menu with Daily Aperitivo

Glasgow's beloved Italian restaurant Eusebi Deli has unveiled a new summer menu and daily aperitivo offering, bringing a taste of Italian summer to the West End. The 'La Dolce Estate' menu, available from July 2026, features dishes inspired by family lunches and rich, colourful ingredients.

New Menu Highlights

The star of the show is the 'La Dolce Estate' menu, which includes crab ravioli, wild halibut with shellfish bisque, watermelon and pecorino salad, and Isle of Wight tomato salad with buffalo mozzarella, basil and aged balsamic. For lighter bites, the aperitivo menu offers crab arancini, fried gnocchi, and signature olives and giardiniera.

Daily Aperitivo and Terrace Transformation

The restaurant has transformed its outdoor terrace and now offers a dedicated daily aperitivo between 3pm and 5.30pm. This happy hour is designed for those looking to enjoy a relaxed Italian summer experience.

Inspiration Behind the Menu

The new dishes were curated by co-founder Giovanna Eusebi alongside new head chef Kevin McCafferrty. The creations stem from nostalgia of summers spent with family in Lazio and treasured food memories that have shaped generations of the Eusebi family.

Giovanna Eusebi said: "La Dolce Estate is incredibly personal to me. Every dish on this menu has been inspired by memories of summers spent in Italy with my family, moments gathered around tables filled with beautiful food, laughter and conversation that lasted for hours. Those experiences shaped my understanding of hospitality and the importance of bringing people together through food. We wanted to capture that feeling and recreate it here in Glasgow, giving our guests a genuine taste of an Italian summer."

Restaurant Heritage

Eusebi Deli is an award-winning restaurant known for its warm atmosphere and family heritage. The Eusebi family has shared Italian produce with Scotland for over 40 years, starting with a shop and deli in the Shettleston area of Glasgow. In 2015, they opened Eusebi Deli in the West End, which quickly became a favourite for Italian cuisine.
