The Original Tour's rooftop open-top double-decker buses are back in London this winter, offering a festive way to see the capital's Christmas lights. The Christmas Lights Bus Tour runs daily from 14 November to 3 January, excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Tickets start from £29.99 (previously £36), and a limited-time 20% discount is available on adult and child tickets using the code FESTIVELONDON at checkout. However, the code will not be applicable between 21 and 30 December.
Tour Highlights and Route
The tours last between 75 and 90 minutes, with a local expert guide sharing stories about the capital. The route covers central London landmarks including Trafalgar Square and its giant Christmas tree, Regent Street, Mayfair, Marble Arch and Piccadilly Circus.
This year, the route will differ from previous years due to a one-kilometre stretch of Oxford Street becoming pedestrianised and traffic-free from 26 October.
Additional Inclusions and Booking
Tickets also include a daytime River Thames cruise before the tour and access to six self-guided walking tours. Children under two travel free with an adult.
The bus departs from Stop 1 on Coventry Street in the West End and returns to the same spot. Tours begin on 14 November, but bookings are open now.
