Upon arrival, guests receive three free chocolate bars, and there is an option to purchase a bag to carry them, costing £1.50 for a small bag or £2.50 for a large one. The tour includes a set route showcasing the history of chocolate making, old advertisements, and shows.
A highlight for Amber was the Chocolate Making zone, where each guest receives a pot of warm melted Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and can choose two toppings from a selection. She opted for Oreo crumbs and white chocolate buttons, describing it as 'so good'. There is also a 'have a go' section for chocolate drawing and tempering.
The experience includes a 4D cinema ride, which Amber found 'better than she expected', a café, an outdoor playground, and a gift shop with discounted chocolate, including oversized bars and limited edition items. She noted the shop was a 'real treat'.
Standard tickets cost from £19 when booked in advance, according to the Cadbury World website. The site confirms that each guest receives a chocolate bar at the start, a pot of melted chocolate with two toppings, and a chocolate bar after the Cadbury Chocolate Quest ride.
