It is the smallest inhabited island in the Sporades chain and provides an unhurried holiday experience.

The island hosts Europe's largest marine protected zone, providing a secure breeding habitat for birds, reptiles, and mammals. Visitors can explore the park and potentially spot the elusive Mediterranean Monk Seal while swimming in crystal-clear waters.
