Disneyland Paris, the so-called 'happiest place on earth', has become the centre of a furious debate after videos surfaced showing adults physically pushing children out of the way to skip queues for popular rides.
The shocking footage, circulating widely on social media, captures multiple incidents where grown-ups aggressively jostle past younger visitors at attractions like the park's iconic Star Wars: Hyperspace Mountain rollercoaster.
Visitor Outrage Grows
Families visiting the park have expressed outrage at the behaviour, with one parent telling reporters: 'We saved for two years to bring our kids here, only to watch adults literally shove them aside like they're invisible. It's disgusting.'
Other witnesses described seeing:
- Adults forming human chains to block children from accessing ride queues
- Verbal abuse directed at families who complained
- Multiple incidents occurring near character meet-and-greet areas
Park Officials Respond
Disneyland Paris management has issued a statement condemning the behaviour: 'We expect all guests to respect each other and our cast members. Any form of aggression violates our park rules and will not be tolerated.'
The park has reportedly increased security presence in queue areas and is considering implementing stricter queue-monitoring systems, potentially including:
- Additional CCTV coverage in waiting areas
- More frequent staff patrols
- Clearer signage about queue etiquette
