The mattress has accumulated 1,134 five-star reviews and an overall rating of 4.9 out of five based on 1,235 reviews. Beauty influencer Erin May Lewis shared her experience with her 56,000 followers, jokingly warning people against buying it if they want to get up on time.

In a video that gained over 7,000 likes and was shared more than 1,000 times, Erin cautioned: "This is a warning from anybody wanting to buy a bed from Dusk.com. Do not do it. You simply will not be able to get out of bed in the morning. I have never wanted to stay in bed so much since getting this. We got the mattress from Dusk and the bed, it is genuinely like sleeping on a marshmallow. It's amazing, I can't even tell you. It's so comfy."
She added: "I've not got up once in the morning to walk the dog and it's becoming an issue. It's like sinking sand, once you're in you're not getting out. If you don't want to be lazy, avoid this brand."
