A visit to Beauty Outlet in Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port, resulted in savings of more than £100 on 13 beauty products, including a heavily discounted foundation from Ariana Grande's brand, R.E.M.
Beauty Outlet, founded in 2014, stocks hair, makeup, beauty, nails and skincare products from well-known brands at reduced prices, with additional deals on selected items. The outlet's teams are trained to offer tailored advice for personal needs, and the shop says it aims to make a difference to how people look and feel.
A budget-friendly beauty haul
The shopper, a qualified makeup artist, first learned about the shop on social media and decided to visit. Upon entering, she found a wall of £2 lip liners in a wide range of colours, available on a 3 for 2 deal.
Among the big-name brands on display, including Pixi and Made By Mitchell, was R.E.M by Ariana Grande. The outlet was selling the star's £35 foundation for just £8, with lip glosses usually priced at £20 reduced to £4 and eyeliners at £6. All three products cost £14.
Total spend and savings
Additional purchases included hair clips, a £10 fake tan bundle from Bondi Sands, makeup wipes and a fragrance. In total, the shopper spent £42, just £7 more than the retail price of the R.E.M foundation, and saved more than £100.
Stock at the Beauty Outlet changes frequently, according to social media posts, and the shopper plans to return soon to see what other deals are available. Meanwhile, a Disney store is set to open at Cheshire Oaks, with job listings for store manager and cast member roles appearing on the Indeed recruitment website. It will be the first outlet Disney store outside London, though the opening date and location have not yet been announced.
