As the UK enters yet another heatwave, fashion fans are back on the hunt for warm weather clothes and accessories. Nobody's Child is currently running its summer sale with a huge selection of beautiful summer dresses, blouses and sandals reduced by up to 60% off.
Among the deals, we've spotted a fabulous pair of everyday sandals which are now half price - and shoppers say they go with everything. The Brown Suede Double Strap Sandals usually retail for £119 but are now available for £60.
Premium suede sandals with unique texture
Part of the brand's premium collection, the sandals are crafted from chrome-free suede with each pair displaying their own unique tone and texture. They have a round toe, flat sole, and adjustable silver-toned buckle fastenings.
At the time of writing, sizes 36 and 41 are sold out but shoppers can still nab the sandals in sizes 37, 38, 39, and 40 (UK 4 to 6.5). On the Nobody's Child website, the sandals maintain an impressive 4.9/5 star rating.
Shopper reviews highlight comfort and style
One shopper said: "I've been looking ages for comfortable chunky sandals to replace a trusty old pair. After returning multiple uncomfortable plastic pairs these are SO comfortable and soft whilst also looking very trendy. I’ve worn them with all my outfits. Delighted and worth spending a bit more for quality."
Another fan of the sandals commented: "Very comfortable to wear. Nice soft suede and secure buckles. A great summer staple."
However, this shopper noted a couple of areas for improvement, writing: "I really like these sandals for spring/summer, they go with lots of outfits and are very comfy! A small amount of rubbing, but this was after quite a long walk in them. Not sure how they'd cope with rain being suede too. True to size. Happy with the purchase!"
Alternative reduced sandals from Boden and M&S
Alternatively, Boden shoppers are snapping up a different pair of reduced sandals in the sale. The Caryl Double Strap Sandals feature a classic two strap design made from suede, with a statement gold buckle and soft footbed.
There are lots of trendy colours to choose from including tan, post box red, deep olive and multi-coloured stripe, although prices vary. For example, the deep olive pair which are studded with gold eyelets have been cut from £129 down to £51.60, while the tan pair with contrast stitching are down from £119 to a much friendlier £47.60.
For something more affordable, Marks & Spencer has a pair of leather sandals said to be comfy from the get go. The Leather Ankle Strap Flat Toe Loop Sandals, priced at £23, feature a "sleek, understated" design with a toe loop, secure ankle strap and an adjustable buckle. Available in black and white, the flat sole sandals are crafted from soft leather and are available in sizes 3 to 8.
