Kipling has launched its new Back-to-School collection, offering a wide range of backpacks, wheeled bags, pencil cases, and lunch bags designed to help parents beat the back-to-school rush. Prices start from just £5, making it accessible for families preparing for the new academic year.
Key Features of the Collection
The collection includes larger rucksacks suitable for older children, featuring padded laptop compartments, multiple pockets, removable and adjustable shoulder straps, and a water-repellent finish. These bags are designed to carry books, PE kits, and laptops with ease. For younger children, there are smaller backpacks and drawstring bags available in 20 different shades, priced at £29.
Minions fans can choose from a dedicated collection, with large backpacks at £117 and smaller ones at £107. The range also includes pencil cases from £24, available in 25 bright colors and fun prints, each adorned with Kipling's distinctive logo.
Accessories and Personalization
Kipling offers a variety of accessories to personalize school equipment. Collectable zipper pullers start at £5, featuring designs like sharks and starfish. The brand's iconic monkey keychains are also available, with prices beginning at £24.
According to the Mirror, parents are already shopping the collection to avoid the September rush. One customer commented: "Great quality and unique design, I am very happy with my new backpack. It looks stylish too. I had never had any bags from Kipling before, but I was quite impressed with the quality. It's not expensive, so it's absolutely great for the price."
Customer Feedback
While the Back-to-School collection is new and has no reviews yet, Kipling has earned positive feedback on Trustpilot. Another shopper remarked: "I love the colour of my bag, and it is super light. It has so many pockets, which is nice for everyday use. It has adjustable straps and two zip pockets at the front."
However, some customers reported delivery issues. One user noted: "Excellent suitcases but poor service. Ordered two matching suitcases, but only one arrived, which was disappointing." On a positive note, a delighted shopper said: "Ordered a bag from Kipling and the number of zipped pockets on this bag is great. I've never bought a bag this expensive, and its quality is amazing, and I love the Monkey key ring and the zip tab design."
Alternatives from Other Retailers
Beyond Kipling, M&S has unveiled a broad selection of school bags starting from £10, featuring characters like Minecraft, Bluey, Paddington Bear, and Disney's Frozen. Ryman also stocks stylish pencil cases, such as the Legami Pencil Case at £12.99, which includes an interior mesh compartment, a pen holder pocket, and a panda design.
