The Flaming Tattie will open a stall at STACK Newcastle, and to mark the launch, the first 100 people who sign up will receive a free jacket potato on Tuesday, 13 October, between noon and 5pm on a first-come-first-served basis.
The new trader is setting up at the Worswick Chambers entertainment hub, offering its take on the classic baked potato. The stall recently launched at STACK Middlesbrough and flame-finishes the cheese topping to make it golden and crispy.

Excitement from STACK Newcastle
Chloe Allan, marketing manager for food and drink at STACK, said: “We are very excited to add The Flaming Tattie to our mix of food vendors at STACK Newcastle.”
“It’s that time of year when people want something more substantial to eat and there’s nothing better than something as comforting as a baked potato, but done in a totally original way. We hope that lots of people will sign up and then come along on Tuesday and be one of the lucky ones who will get to try their fantastic food for free.”
The Flaming Tattie will operate alongside other STACK Newcastle vendors including Dinithi Sri Lankan street food, Acropolis, Breadwin, Dylan’s Philly Cheesesteak, Bao Down, Pattersons fried chicken, Zza Pizzeria and Brack Burger.
