Cheapest All-Inclusive Hotel in Benidorm: Couple's Honest Verdict
Cheapest All-Inclusive Hotel in Benidorm: Couple's Verdict

A Welsh couple, Ash and Kelsey, who document their travels for 74,000 YouTube subscribers, booked the cheapest all-inclusive hotel they could find in Benidorm to test whether it offered value for money. They stayed at the Sandos Benidorm Suites, a three-star hotel, for three nights at a total cost of £333 for two people during half-term. Their verdict: the hotel exceeded expectations, offering a clean, modern room, a variety of food and drinks, and decent facilities, though a single operational lift caused delays.

Price and Room Reveal

Ash explained they booked last-minute and chose the cheapest all-inclusive option available. Despite limited choices due to half-term, Kelsey considered £333 for three nights good value for a sought-after destination. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared 'a lot better than surrounding buildings'. Inside, they found it 'very clean, very white'. Their room on the 20th floor was a 'standard' room but included a bathroom with essentials, a desk, a sofa with a TV, a large bed, and a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider in the fridge. The highlight was the balcony with four chairs and sweeping views of Benidorm and the sea. However, they noticed some glasses were not spotless and a considerable amount of rubbish strewn across the green area adjacent to the hotel.

All-Inclusive Perks

Sporting pink wristbands, the duo enjoyed the all-inclusive package, which covered most beverages, including local alcohol brands and 11 cocktail options, with branded drinks costing extra. Ash said, 'All in all, this is a pretty decent all-inclusive menu. There's enough options for everyone, good variety.' The package also included breakfast, lunch, and dinner in an international buffet, plus snacks. After breakfast, Ash commented, 'No we know hotel food's never the best food you're gonna get, but as far as all-inclusive breakfasts go, I'd say that was pretty good.' The hotel featured entertainment spaces, a sizable pool with sun loungers, a children's play park, a kids' pool, and multiple bars and restaurants. It is a 12-minute walk from Levante beach.

Was It Worth It?

Ash noted the room was 'pretty basic' but contemporary and spotless, with the balcony being their favorite feature. 'It is a three-star hotel, but it does have some pretty decent facilities,' he said, praising the pool and outdoor space as 'big enough' for peak season. He also highlighted nightly entertainment shows. The couple was equally pleased with the food and drinks variety. The only issue was waiting for the single operational lift on their floor. Despite this, both stated they would gladly stay again and left satisfied and impressed.
