A Londoner has shared her astonishment after uncovering a treasure trove of designer items while charity shopping in some of the capital's wealthiest neighbourhoods. Lilly, a TikTok user, documented her trip to Chelsea and South Kensington, where she found an array of high-end pieces donated by affluent locals.
Among her discoveries was a Longchamp bag priced at £68, typically retailing for over £100, and a Rat & Boa dress costing £63, which usually sells for £275. She also noted a significant amount of Prada, Lululemon, and Alo gym wear, as well as a Celine bag displayed in a case alongside Prada loafers.
Lilly described the haul as 'unbelievable', adding: 'Some WAG must have donated her entire wardrobe. That was so much designer.' She also found barely worn Adidas and Nike trainers, Aaliyah pumps, a Miu Miu skirt, and a black Celine leather jacket worth thousands of pounds.
While some items were priced above £100, Lilly defended the costs, saying: 'People in these charity shops are trained to know how much stuff retails for. You're not gonna get designer stuff for £5.' Her video garnered reactions from viewers, with some expressing excitement and others lamenting their own lack of luck.
