The B&M store at Hylton Riverside Retail Park in Sunderland is set to close temporarily for refurbishment works. The store will close on Sunday, August 16, and reopen on Saturday, August 22.
Expansion works underway
According to the store locator, the Sunderland store is undergoing expansion works to offer customers a bigger and better shopping experience. The statement reads: "Your B&M Sunderland store is currently undergoing expansion works, in order to bring you a bigger and better B&M experience."
It adds: "We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however your store will remain open until the final phase. In order to complete the final phase, it will be necessary for a closure period."
Alternative locations
Shoppers can visit other B&M stores in the area while the Hylton Riverside location is closed. These include Pallion Retail Park, Southwick Green, Roker Avenue, Durham Road Retail Park, and Ryhope Road.
