B&M has cut the price of the Blaupunkt Halogen Heater by 16 per cent, bringing it down to £20 while stocks last. The discount retailer is offering the device as a more affordable way to keep homes warm during the colder months.
The heater, which usually retails at £24, measures 36 x 26 x 48cm and features three heat settings. B&M describes it as a “powerful and effective domestic appliance”.
Running Costs and Design
On its lowest setting of 400W, the heater costs roughly 10p per hour to run continuously under the current UK price cap, according to B&M. The retailer advises that it should never be left on indefinitely for health and safety reasons.
The device has a grey finish with four buttons on top. B&M said: “Heat your home with the Blaupunkt Halogen Heater – the cost effective, quick and easy solution for a cosy home.”

B&M is also selling the Cosy Shop Waffle Heated Throw for £35 in mink, brown or charcoal. The product description states: “There's nothing like a cosy night in. This Waffle Heated Throw is the perfect snuggle companion for cold, winter nights. Heat yourself, not your home.”
