International Game Technology (IGT) confirmed that the winner, identified as Anthony, hit the jackpot while playing Wheel of Fortune Gold Spin Triple Red Hot 7s Slots with a $10 bet. A photo shared by IGT shows a smiling middle-aged man posing next to the winning machine.

Tax Implications
