Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's $61M Marital Home Pulled From Market Again
Lopez and Affleck's $61M Home Off Market Again

The protracted real estate saga surrounding Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's former marital home has taken another unexpected twist. The Daily Mail can exclusively confirm that the ex-couple's opulent Beverly Hills mansion has been withdrawn from the market for a second time, following a substantial price reduction of $16 million.

A Property in Limbo

Online listings for the colossal 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate in the exclusive Beverly Crest neighbourhood are no longer active as of January 25th. This development has left fans and property watchers speculating about the former couple's next strategic move regarding the asset. The property, which spans an impressive 46,000 square feet, was originally purchased by Lopez and Affleck in 2023, shortly after their August 2022 wedding.

A Rocky Sales History

The attempts to sell the palatial home began in earnest in June 2024, a mere two months before Lopez officially filed for divorce, ending their two-year marriage. The initial asking price was set at a staggering $68 million, which represented an $8 million premium over their original purchase price. However, after a failed escrow and over a year on the market without securing a buyer, the decision was made to temporarily de-list the property in July 2025.

It was re-listed in September of last year at a significantly reduced price of $52 million. Yet, after just four months on the market at this new price point, the listing has once again been pulled, indicating continued challenges in finding a buyer for such a high-value, niche property.

Moving Trucks and New Beginnings

Intriguingly, photos obtained by The Daily Mail this week showed four large moving trucks parked in the driveway of the Beverly Hills mansion. The purpose of this activity remains unclear. Despite their shared real estate headache, both stars have proactively moved on in their personal lives, acquiring new properties.

Ben Affleck purchased and moved into a $20 million bachelor pad in the Pacific Palisades in August 2024, notably just blocks away from his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. For her part, Jennifer Lopez finalised the purchase of a $21 million home in the Calabasas neighbourhood, popularised by Kim Kardashian, in February of last year following the divorce.

Lopez's Renovations and Relocation

Sources indicate that Lopez has reportedly been living in the Beverly Hills mansion while her new Calabasas home undergoes extensive renovations. "Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction," a source revealed last year. "She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house."

Signs suggest this period may be ending. On Tuesday, moving trucks were also spotted at the entrance to Lopez's Calabasas property, signalling that she and her 17-year-old twins, Max and Emme, may finally be preparing to move into their new residence.

Life Moves On

Just hours before the news broke about their shared property, Ben Affleck was photographed looking relaxed and stylish during a visit to the Langham Hotel in Pasadena. Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez took to Instagram, showcasing her makeup routine to her 246 million followers while promoting her JLo Beauty 'Spotlight Silhouette' neck serum, declaring she was in a "happy era."

The singer is currently on a break from her 'Up All Night' Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, with performances scheduled to resume in March. During a recent show, she reflected on love and relationships, stating that any future partner would need to "accept me for all that I am."

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck for comment on the latest property developments but has not yet received a response. The future of their $61 million Beverly Hills mansion remains uncertain, a lingering chapter in the story of their high-profile union and subsequent separation.
