Marks & Spencer has announced plans to recruit more than 50 people to support its Newcastle store teams this Christmas. The new employees will support teams during the busiest weeks of the year, helping M&S deliver service and high standards for customers.
The roles are described as "fast-moving and hands-on". M&S also plans to recruit more than 300 colleagues in total across the North East, it has confirmed.
Where the vacancies are
Vacancies are available at M&S’ Northumberland Street store, as well as Gosforth and Kingston Park foodhalls. Applications are now open, with the first new colleagues joining M&S from October 25.
The roles will pay £13.41 per hour, with successful applicants receiving the training, tools and support needed to get up to speed quickly.
