Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly closing in on a £60 million deal for Manchester City winger Savinho, according to the Daily Mail. The Brazilian attacker has been a long-term target for the north London club, who made multiple approaches last summer before Pep Guardiola blocked his departure.
The 22-year-old, who cost City £30 million from Girona in 2024, managed just one league goal in 24 appearances this season but is valued for his pace and dribbling ability. Savinho can play on either flank and would provide manager Roberto De Zerbi with greater attacking versatility.
This potential signing follows reports from The Athletic that Spurs are set to complete free transfers for Bournemouth defender Marcos Senesi and Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson, both of whom are out of contract next month. De Zerbi has called for significant squad changes after Tottenham narrowly avoided relegation with a 1-0 win over Everton on the final day.
Spurs' attack has been a major concern, with Richarlison, Mathys Tel, Dominic Solanke and Randal Kolo Muani scoring just 18 league goals combined. Injuries to Dejan Kulusevski and Mohammed Kudus further limited options out wide, making Savinho a priority target.
Savinho, omitted from Brazil's World Cup squad, is reportedly keen on the move and could be the next player through the door at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as the club looks to rebuild under De Zerbi.
