Manchester United and Barcelona are scheduled to resume negotiations next week to finalise a deal concerning Marcus Rashford's future. An existing agreement for Barcelona to purchase Rashford for €30 million is in place, but the Catalan club aims to revisit the terms due to budget restrictions.
Rashford's Preference and United's Stance
Rashford has enjoyed a successful season at Camp Nou, including winning a league title, and prefers to remain with Barcelona. However, a return to Manchester United in July remains a possibility. United's hierarchy would prefer to sell Rashford to fund squad rebuilding, particularly in midfield, though another loan deal is also being considered.
Interest from Other Clubs
Bayern Munich are reportedly monitoring the situation, and Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is also a fan of Rashford, with Arsenal prioritising a left forward signing this summer. The coming talks will be crucial in determining where Rashford plays next season.
