Music fans attending this year's Parklife festival can enjoy cheaper drinks by simply using a PayPal+ debit card. The festival, returning to Heaton Park on June 20 and 21, offers a 20% discount at all official bars and some food stalls for PayPal+ customers.
How to Get the Discount
To take advantage of the offer, fans need to pay with their PayPal+ debit card, which can be obtained for free through the PayPal app. A digital version can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Physical cards are also available but will not arrive in time for the festival.
What's Included
The discount applies to soft drinks, water, alcohol-free options, beer, cider, pre-mixed cans, wines, spirits, and mixers. For example, a 330ml Corona drops from £6.30 to £5.04, and a 187ml wine from £8.50 to £6.80. Soft drinks cost £2.80 and still water £2.
Festival Details
Parklife, one of the UK's biggest metropolitan festivals, attracts around 80,000 fans annually. This year features five main stages, including a new Panorama setup with a 100-metre curved LED screen. Headliners include Calvin Harris, Skepta, Zara Larsson, and Rudimental.
