Home Bargains has cut the price of a high-end beauty product by 80% in a new online-only deal. The 30ml Elizabeth Arden Visible Whitening CicaGlow Concentrate is now £12.99 on the retailer's website, compared with a recommended retail price of £66, saving shoppers around £53.
