After Eight, the iconic chocolate brand known for its mint chocolates, is launching three new flavours for the first time in 64 years. The new varieties—caramel, orange, and raspberry—will join the classic mint option as part of a major brand revamp.
New Packaging and Flavours
The revamp includes new packaging that corresponds to each flavour type. Mint will retain its iconic green packaging, while caramel will come in gold, raspberry in pink, and orange in orange packaging.
The chocolates, owned by Nestlé, will be available to shoppers from autumn this year. The expanded range aims to offer more options to consumers.
Nestlé's Strategy
Fred Porchet, general manager of Nestlé International Travel Retail, said After Eight had “long been synonymous with premium mint chocolate.” He noted that the new flavours will help attract new consumers.
“This innovation is particularly relevant for travel retail, where shoppers are looking for distinctive gifting solutions and premium products that offer something new,” he added.
“The expanded range, together with refreshed packaging, travel messaging and engaging in-store activations, helps our retail partners create excitement, recruit younger adult shoppers and drive incremental growth within the premium confectionery category.”
Consumer Reactions

On Instagram, fans have shared their excitement. One person wrote: "I would chose raspberry." Another said: "Exciting flavours." A third commented: "Ohhh so good! It sounds with these flavors must be tried."
The new flavours will be available from September 2026.
