When opening the app, users are met with a 'Something went wrong' alert, instructing them to 'try again later'. They cannot access their funds, and no further details have been provided by the bank.
Revolut Confirms Service Disruption
On Reddit, Revolut shared a statement: 'Hi there. We're currently experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple services. Therefore, you might experience issues with: Multiple features not being accessible.'
'Our engineering team is actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.'
No Timeline for Restoration
The bank did not share a timeframe for when users might be able to access their accounts again.
Revolut has not yet provided further updates on the outage.
