A Place in the Sun presenter Jasmine Harman, 43, has recounted an awkward moment at a UK airport when a fan approached her for a selfie while she was not wearing any make-up. The mother-of-two shared the story with her 24,000 Instagram followers, explaining that the fan recognised her from the Channel 4 property show.
Harman said: 'Somebody just came up to me and said, “Oh, we love your programme, we watch it in Australia, can we get a selfie with you?”' She recalled her reply: 'I said, “Have you seen the state of me?” But we had a selfie so that was quite funny.'
The presenter had earlier described her 'manic morning' before rushing to the airport for filming. She told followers: 'I got up as usual, got the kids ready, took them to school [and] nursery. I came back home about 9:15am and had to leave for the airport by 10. The problem was I hadn’t packed yet, so I did some crazy packing, luckily I am quite good at it now after all these years of practise and got to the airport.'
Harman is currently filming the new series of A Place in the Sun. She recently promoted an episode where she helped a couple find a home in Inland Alicante for £180,000. The presenter has also been documenting her weight loss journey, having lost two stone to fit back into her wedding dress for her tenth anniversary with husband Jon Boast.
