WWE 2K25 Predicts Elimination Chamber Upsets and Rhodes Twist

WWE 2K25 Simulation Forecasts Major Elimination Chamber Upsets and Cody Rhodes Twist

This weekend's WWE Elimination Chamber event stands as one of the most unpredictable spectacles in recent memory. While the shocking heel turn of John Cena from last year may not be replicated, the frontrunners for victory in both the men's and women's Chamber matches remain far from clear. The premium live event offers a final opportunity for twelve superstars to secure a coveted title shot at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, yet neither division boasts an obvious favourite.

Unpredictable Landscape Sets Stage for Simulation

On the men's side, another opportunity for Cody Rhodes to challenge for the WWE Championship has been deemed too predictable by creative insiders, leaving the competition wide open. Current champion Drew McIntyre has wreaked havoc on virtually every competitor heading into tonight's event. In the women's division, many anticipated Charlotte Flair would secure a clash with Women's WWE Champion Jade Cargill, but the fourteen-time world champion suffered a stunning qualifier upset at the hands of Kiana James.

Determining who will advance to WrestleMania 42 for the sport's most prestigious titles is no simple task. To forecast the winners, we challenged WWE 2K25 with simulating both Elimination Chamber matches, providing a digital glimpse into this weekend's massive event.

Rhea Ripley Dominates Women's Elimination Chamber Simulation

The women's bout opened with a measured start as Alexa Bliss and Rhea Ripley sized each other up. An early pinfall attempt from Ripley came to nothing as Bliss kicked out at one. Ripley inflicted considerable punishment, earning a near fall with a two-count just before the first chamber pod opened. Asuka seized her opportunity, hurling the Eradicator out of the ring to target Bliss's battered condition.

This proved fruitless, however, as Ripley swiftly recovered to break up a pin in retaliation. There was little respite for Alexa, as Ripley sent her packing with the Riptide and a clinical pinfall. Within seconds, Kiana James made her long-awaited Elimination Chamber debut, but she was immediately set upon by a relentless Asuka upon stepping out of her pod.

Ripley's stranglehold on proceedings continued as she turned her attention to Asuka before delivering a thunderous missile dropkick on James from the top rope. She swiftly notched her second elimination, pinning Kiana convincingly to cut short her chamber appearance. Asuka attempted a lightning-quick roll-up on the freshly-released Tiffany Stratton but was denied by a one-count.

The trio exchanged fierce blows before Asuka lunged for a pin on Rhea, who escaped at two. Rhea then clawed her way out of danger following Asuka's trademark high kicks, again surviving at two. The relentless pin attempts appeared to fuel Ripley's fury, as she ultimately floored Asuka with a frogsplash and secured a third elimination.

Meanwhile, Raquel Rodriguez stormed into the bout and made light work of an exhausted-looking Tiffany. The Judgment Day powerhouse then set her sights on long-standing foe Ripley, narrowly missing with an elbow drop from the side of the cage. Stratton, though, delivered where Rodriguez couldn't from atop the chamber pod, before breaking up a pinfall attempt after Ripley drove Raquel through the Riptide on the steel platform beyond the ropes.

The trio kept scrapping amongst the pods, dishing out maximum punishment with the unforgiving floor as their weapon. Raquel displayed her raw strength by hurling Stratton across the ring, but the ex-WWE champion and former Ms Money in the Bank caught Rodriguez off guard with a surprise roll-up to send her packing.

With just two competitors left standing to battle for a title opportunity at WrestleMania 42, a savage exchange ensued with both women racking up close calls. It appeared we were heading for a rematch of Tiffany and Cargill's rivalry from the previous year when Stratton scaled the pod once more to launch her trademark moonsault.

However, Ripley shifted at the crucial second, capitalising on the weakened Stratton to land another Riptide and successfully pin her latest victim. Ripley rejoiced following a truly commanding performance that crowned her the number one challenger for the WWE Women's Championship, paving the way for a tantalising clash against Jade Cargill at the biggest spectacle in wrestling.

Cody Rhodes Rocked by Shock Elimination in Men's Match Simulation

The men's bout began at a measured pace with LA Knight and Trick Williams before Jey Uso made his entrance and targeted Knight. An early pinfall attempt proved fruitless as Knight powered out at one. Je'Von Evans made his Chamber debut next, squaring up against Uso whilst Knight and Williams renewed their rivalry.

Randy Orton was the next competitor to join proceedings, setting his sights on Uso before turning his attention to Williams. Just before Cody Rhodes emerged from his pod, Uso scaled halfway up the chamber structure attempting a spectacular elbow drop on Evans that failed to connect. As Cody joined the action, Knight then delivered the BFT to Orton, stunning the Viper and securing the elimination with the subsequent pinfall.

Evans then performed his signature high-flying splash from the chamber structure onto Knight, who managed to kick out at two. Williams nearly caught Uso off guard before Knight landed another BFT, this time on Rhodes on the Chamber floor. Nevertheless, shortly afterwards, the American Nightmare exacted his revenge with a Cross Rhodes in the identical location, pinning Knight to eliminate him from proceedings.

The match's biggest surprise was yet to come, however, as Evans caught Rhodes off guard with a roll-up to knock him out. The field quickly narrowed to the final two competitors when Uso splashed Williams and secured the pin, leaving him and Evans to battle it out. Ultimately, the former World Heavyweight Champion would claim victory over the rookie Evans, connecting with a spear and the three-count.

Simulation Outcomes Taken with a Pinch of Salt

We'll need to take the outcome with a hefty pinch of salt—there's bound to be no shortage of chaos from bell to bell in the men's contest. And Jey Uso, who allegedly only entered the match after Bronson Reed suffered an injury during the qualifiers, isn't being tipped by anyone as the likely contender to face Drew McIntyre for the title at WrestleMania 42. The simulation provides an intriguing forecast, but the real-life drama of Elimination Chamber promises to deliver its own unpredictable twists and turns.
