Whoop has launched its Black Friday sale for 2025, offering discounts on its fitness tracker memberships for the first time. The Whoop 5.0 with a 12-month Peak membership is available for £189, saving £40, while the Whoop MG with a 12-month Life membership costs £289, saving £60. The deals run until December 2, extending beyond the usual Cyber Monday deadline.
The Whoop 5.0, released in May 2025, features a 14-day battery life and continuous monitoring of sleep, recovery, and general health. The Peak membership includes insights on sleep, training, recovery, personalised coaching, VO2 max tracking, and health alerts. The Life membership adds daily blood pressure insights, heart screenings, and ECG readings with irregular rhythm notifications.
This is the first time both Peak and Life memberships have been discounted, making it the cheapest opportunity to purchase since launch. Compared to Black Friday 2024, the Whoop 5.0 with Peak membership is £10 cheaper than the equivalent Whoop 4.0 offer last year. The 2023 sale saw the Whoop 4.0 at £189, matching the current price for the Whoop 5.0 with Peak.
Whoop also offers discounts on accessories and apparel, plus up to 70% off Whoop 4.0 add-ons. For those committing to two-year memberships, additional savings apply: £17 per year off the Peak plan (total £344) and £24.50 per year off the Life plan.
In a review, one writer noted the Whoop 5.0 provides extensive biometric data but may be overkill for casual users due to recurring membership fees. However, for serious trainers, the device offers valuable insights into habits, sleep hygiene, and recovery, making it a worthwhile investment with these Black Friday deals.
