Parklife 2026: Behind-the-Scenes Photos from Heaton Park

Parklife is back at Heaton Park for another year, with stages being assembled, sound systems dusted off, and fairground rides ready for action. The 2026 edition of the metropolitan festival takes place on June 20 and 21, drawing tens of thousands of attendees. This year marks 16 years since its founding, which began as the Mad Ferret student party in Platt Fields in 2010.

Headliners and Lineup

International acts Calvin Harris, Skepta, Sammy Virji, and Zara Larsson headline the main stage. They are joined by Chris Stussy, Nia Archives, Kettama, Marlon Hoffstadt, Rossi, Silva Bumpa, and local talent Morgan Seatree. Other big names include Armand Van Helden, Shy FX, Clementine Douglas, Ewan McVicar, Prospa, Rudim3ntal, and Chloé Caillet. Takeovers from XXL, Worried About Henry, Modern Funktion, and Ghosts Of Garage are also featured.

New Stage and Hidden Gems

The Manchester Evening News toured the site as final preparations were made. A new stage, PANORAMA, boasts cutting-edge production with LED visuals and on-stage access. The festival site may appear sparser initially, but Easter eggs are hidden around. On the parade between the main entrance and Magic Sky, a convenience store called Bossmans hides a secret stage. Near the Valley stage, Beatbox offers an intimate club space for secret set lock-ins.
