Metallica M72 Cardiff: Full Gig Guide with Road Closures and Prices

Metallica will perform at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on Sunday, June 28, as part of their M72 World Tour. The show, which has already played to four million fans since April 2023, features a full in-the-round production and a No Repeat Weekend concept with different setlists each night. Support acts are Gojira and Knocked Loose.

Stage Times and Support

Public gates open at 3:30pm. Knocked Loose takes the stage at 5:00pm, followed by Gojira from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Metallica is scheduled to perform from 7:30pm until the 10pm curfew. Times may be subject to change.

Gojira, a French progressive rock band formed in 1996, made history as the first heavy metal act to perform at an Olympic opening ceremony during the 2024 Summer Olympics in France. Knocked Loose is a hardcore punk band from Oldham County, Kentucky, formed in 2013.
