Manchester's biggest outdoor fanzone at Castlefield Bowl for World Cup

Manchester's biggest outdoor football fanzone, Road to Victory, will open at Castlefield Bowl for the World Cup semi-final and final, with space for over 9,000 fans. The venue will host the two remaining England games if the team qualifies, starting from July 15.

New Location for Road to Victory

Road to Victory, previously hosted at Depot Mayfield for the 2022 World Cup and AO Arena for the 2024 Euros, returns with a brand new outdoor city centre location at Castlefield Bowl. A spokesperson from Road to Victory said: "The latter stages of the World Cup always create unforgettable moments and we wanted to create a setting that matches that occasion. Castlefield Bowl gives us the opportunity to bring thousands of fans together in one of Manchester's most iconic outdoor venues for what will be an incredible celebration of football."

Timing and Capacity

Following Castlefield Bowl’s run of Sounds of the City concerts, Road to Victory will return from July 15, just in time for the semi-final and final. If England win their quarter-final, the semi-final will be played on Wednesday, July 15 at 8pm at Atlanta Stadium. Fans are encouraged to arrive from 5pm to enjoy the pre-show with live DJs, entertainment, and bars. The fanzone has capacity for over 9,000 fans.
