Brazilian model and influencer Kauana Bilhar, 27, died after falling from the 27th floor of a high-rise building in Dubai, just days after announcing her engagement. Her mother, Darla Bilhar, confirmed the death on 7 July, according to NeedToKnow.
Police Investigation Underway
Dubai police are investigating the incident and have not ruled out any possibilities, including accident, suicide, homicide, or femicide. The precise date of the fall remains unknown.
In a statement, Darla Bilhar said: "There are no words capable of expressing the magnitude of the longing you left behind. Today you are no longer by my side as I dreamed, but you will live forever within me. I love you infinitely, my girl. Until the day we can meet again."
Mother Flies to Dubai
The influencer's mother has traveled to Dubai to monitor the investigation and arrange for the return of her daughter's remains to Brazil. She also called for respect after Kauana's social media was flooded with malicious comments.
"My daughter deserves respect. She can no longer respond to the accusations, the malicious comments, the stories that are being created about her. It is with my soul in pieces that I come to speak out. My daughter deserves respect," Darla added.

Kauana's last social media update was on 25 June, celebrating her engagement to partner Barbara Abrantes. The Brazilian model had built a large following through her travel content and glamorous lifestyle posts.
