Imran Maalik (Ijaz Rana) and Leah Barnes (Charlotte Alex Riley) are set to tie the knot in Hollyoaks next week, but their wedding day spirals into chaos as long-hidden secrets come to light.
Wedding plans unravel
Leah has been secretly seeing Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson-Dwyer) behind Imran's back, and they are caught together in upcoming scenes. Despite this, the wedding is still scheduled to go ahead the following week.
On the night before the ceremony, Imran's stag do takes an adventurous turn when Donny Clark (Louis Emerick) surprises him with a coasteering trip, capturing the events on film. Meanwhile, Leah is disappointed to learn that Prince chose the stag do over spending time with her.
Vicky's bridesmaid crisis
Vicky Grant (Anya Lawrence), unaware of the betrayal between her boyfriend Prince and friend Leah, is doing Leah's nails at the salon when her bridesmaid dress arrives, causing her to have a meltdown about being a bridesmaid.
Worried by Vicky's reaction, Leah asks Prince to look after her. Later, Leah discovers that Imran has deleted a confession, leading her to confront him. He reveals that there was another woman he wanted to marry before they got together.
Imran goes missing
As the ceremony gets underway, panic ensues when Imran fails to show up. He is found with a shaken Vicky, who confides she cannot attend the wedding. Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) comforts his daughter Leah, who fears her big day may not happen.
In the final episode of the week, confrontations take place as secrets are exposed. Whether Imran will make it to the altar remains to be seen.
