Germany round off their World Cup group-stage campaign tonight when they take on Ecuador in New Jersey. A victory over Germany would guarantee progress to the last 32, while a draw could still be enough depending on results elsewhere and the ranking of the third-placed teams. Defeat would almost certainly end their World Cup campaign.
