Wales kick off the second stage of their Nations Championship campaign this afternoon against Japan in Cardiff.
Steve Tandy's men began the tournament back in the summer with a win over Fiji, followed by defeats to Argentina and South Africa. The objective today will be to return to winning ways, with a sense of positivity permeating through this Wales squad.
Team Changes and Kick-off Details
Tandy has decided to go with a new midfield combination today, with Eddie James and Max Llewellyn paired at centre, with Scarlets' fly-half Sam Costelow given the nod over Dan Edwards.
The game is being shown live on ITV1 and S4C. Kick-off is at 4.40pm.
