Michael Schumacher's Daughter Gina-Maria Launches YouTube Channel

Gina-Maria Schumacher, the 28-year-old daughter of Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher, is launching a YouTube channel that may offer insight into her father's health. The eldest child of Michael and his wife Corinna, Gina-Maria is known for her equestrian achievements and has largely maintained the family's privacy regarding Michael's condition.

Michael Schumacher suffered a severe brain injury in a skiing accident in Meribel, France, in December 2013. He was airlifted to hospital and placed in a medically induced coma before being transferred to the family home on Lake Geneva, where he receives round-the-clock care. Reports indicate he is bedridden and unable to speak.

The preview for Gina-Maria's YouTube channel shows her with horses and friends but does not promise any updates on her father's health. The family has consistently guarded his privacy, with his manager Sabine Kehm stating, 'Michael's health is not a public issue.'

Gina-Maria, now based in Switzerland, is a successful equestrian. She won gold at the FEI World Reining Championships in 2017 and at the National Reining Horse Association's novice Cavalli in 2018. She also topped the World Championships for junior riders in 2018.

In 2024, she married Iain Bethke, with the wedding reportedly held at the Schumacher family's villa in Majorca. The couple welcomed their first child in 2025. Gina-Maria occasionally shares family photos on social media, including a birthday tribute to her father with the message '#keepfighting.'
