Teenage Motorcycle Star Pau Alsina Dies After JuniorGP Crash

Pau Alsina, a 17-year-old Spanish motorcycle racer, has died following a crash during the JuniorGP World Championship at MotorLand Aragón. The accident occurred on Saturday, and Alsina succumbed to head injuries on Monday after emergency surgery in Zaragoza.

Alsina, from Sallent in Catalonia, was a rising talent in the Estrella Galicia 0,0 team. He was ranked 13th in the JuniorGP standings and also competed in the Italian CIV Moto3 Championship, where he held fourth place with two podiums.

His team paid tribute, saying: 'Pau's commitment, energy, and always positive and warm attitude will remain with us forever.' Six-time MotoGP champion Marc Márquez also expressed condolences, calling the loss 'unfair'.
