This followed Vasko's disqualification in their initial meeting two months prior. The extreme nature of the match was starkly demonstrated when Vasko bit Mikulasek's ear during the fight.
The bite caused Mikulasek to recoil in pain, clutching his wounded ear as blood flowed visibly. The referee promptly waved off the contest. Footage shows someone at ringside, likely from Mikulasek's corner, splashing water on the injury in an attempt to clean the wound.

Following the incident, Vaclav Mikulasek took to Instagram to share graphic images of his injury. The photos revealed a severely swollen and bloody ear. In a subsequent video, he addressed the camera while wearing a substantial bandage over the wound.
Mikulasek captioned one post with the phrase "Paid in blood every time," and shared another image bearing the text: "The pain had something to teach you." These posts underscored the physical and perhaps philosophical toll of the violent encounter.
