The London Marathon 2026 is set to feature a host of celebrities, from award-winning actors to reality TV stars and fitness influencers. Here is a breakdown of the famous faces you might spot on the course this Sunday.

Cynthia Erivo

The award-winning actor, currently starring in Dracula in the West End, returns to the London Marathon after clocking 3:35:36 in 2022. The 39-year-old also ran the 2016 New York City Marathon in 3:57:07. This year, she is running for The Kings Trust and the Shameless Fund, aiming for a 3:15-hour marathon. Her running coach told Women's Health: 'Easy means easy and hard means hard – a training principle Cynthia says is key in her bid to shave another 20 minutes off her marathon PB.'

James Norton

Best known for roles in Happy Valley, House of Guinness, and Grantchester, the 40-year-old actor will run his first London Marathon for Breakthrough T1D, following his own diagnosis of type 1 diabetes at age 22.

Nikita Kuzmin

The Strictly Come Dancing star will run for Diabetes UK. He told Runners World he aims for a sub-3:30 time: 'I've run 3:49 before and I'm trying to run 3:30. I'm not sure if it'll become a reality, but I'm going for it.'

Sebastian Vettel

The four-time Formula One world champion, who retired in 2022, will run for the Brain & Spine Foundation and the Grand Prix Trust, joined by journalist Tom Clarkson.
