Barcelona GP Result Changes
Race-winner Hamilton was investigated for a possible yellow flag infringement but was cleared. However, Franco Colapinto was penalized for the same regulation. Colapinto originally finished eighth but was demoted to 10th, earning one point instead of four. Stewards stated: "The driver of Car 43 slightly reduced speed before entering the single yellow flag zone, but did not discernibly reduce speed in the relevant yellow flag sector."
Hamilton on Ferrari 'Shock'
Hamilton spoke candidly about his impact on Ferrari: "Me coming was a big shock to the system because I am very, very vocal. If I see something that I don't think is right, I push very, very hard. It's not easy to be on the receiving end of that." Team principal Frederic Vasseur credited Hamilton's resilience: "He was able to come back after a tough moment of weekends and do a full reset."
